He also to get my best wearing coat, vest and britches and best great and my fine hat and my riding breasted saddle - To son John, young mare called Fansey, and one hunting saddle and bridle - To five of my children; Constant, John, Mary, Ann Sterling and Josephus Disharoon, feather bed/bedstead and furniture after their mother's death - To my eight children; Bannister, Eleanor, Constant Disharoon, Margaret Dickson, John, Mary, Ann Sterling, Josephus Disharoon, negroes viz, woman Violate (divide between Bannister and Eleanora), negro man Cudger (divide between Constant Disharoon and Margaret Dickson), negro boy Jacob (between John and Mary Disharoon) and negro girl Case (between Ann Sterling and Josephus Disharoon) - Wife Mary and son Constant to be executors Witnesses: William Disharoon, Thomas Toadvine, Joshua Porter (SoW-EB4:51, MdW-30:234)
