Robert Marvel, planter of Worcester County Bequeaths to:
1. Rachel Marvel -wife, to have one third part of the testator's estate both real and personal for her natural life, to have her riding mare, saddle and bridle, to have the remainder of the estate for her natural life and at her death to testator's children named below, named executrix of the will
2. Ann Smith --daughter (wife of Charlton Smith), to have 1 shilling sterling and no more of the estate
3. Thomas Marvel -son, to have the plantation whereon the testator now dwells cont. 100 acres with the houses and buildings thereon, to have Negro boy "Levi", to have a small Bible and a feather bed and furn. which was formerly his grandfather's, to have 1 plow, 1 harrow,
4. Joseph Marvel -son, to have the plantation and tract of land that the testator purchased from Robert Moody cont. 13 acres as per patent and also to have the sum 10 pounds in money, to have Negro girl "Selby", to have 1 feather bed and furn. such as the testator shall have in the house, to have a riding stallion called "Joseph's"
5. Robert Marvel -son, to have the plantation and tract of land called "Hall's Choice" with the housing and buildings thereon and the land being a tract purchased from Thomas Hall cont. 50 acres
6. Chloe Scuder --daughter (widow of Jonathan), to have Negro wench "Lucey" for her natural life
7. Rachel Scuder -granddaughter, at the death of testator's daughter Chloe, to have Negro wench "Lucey" and her
increase and should Rachel die w/out heirs, then to testator's daughter Betty.
8. Patience Marvel -daughter, Phillip Marvel -son, Rachel Marvel -daughter, Betty Marvel -daughter, remainder of the estate to testator's widow Rachel and after her death to be divided among the testator's children including Robert
Witnesses: Joseph Piper, John Willy, Simon Kollock, Levin Connaway
