To brother Thomas Marvel - all my right and title to that where the Widow Beavins now lives being all that is on the south side of the county road that leads to the Widow Newbold's. Also my right and title to the lands where Ezekiel Beavins now lives. Also Negro boy named Peter
To brother Robert Marvel - all that land that is on the northeast side of the same county road that leads to Newbold's being the land that belonged to the Beavinses and the place where Thomas Marvel (son of Thomas) now lives. Also Negro girl named Mint
To brother Phillip Marvel - a tract called Spicers Purchase containing 50 acres. Also my plantation and dwelling house and a tract of 13 acres that my father bought of Robert Moody. Also a tract called Wrankins Beginning containing 181 acres. Also Negro woman named Silbee
