On Dec 9 1717 from Cornelius Johnson, planter, (of Dorchester) et ux. Mary Johnson sold the tract ROTTERDAM to Edmond Huggins, planter. (SoLR-EF:211)

On Jan 8 1725, Edmund Huggins had the 50a tract JOHNSONS FOLLY surveyed for him in Somerset Co., MD (modern Sussex, DE).

On Jun 16 1726, his inventory was signed by Nehemiah Huggins and Margaret Smith as near kin. On 23 Nov 1728 John Huggins of Bath Co, NC, weaver (son of Edmund), gave power of attorney to Jacob Mezick of Somerset County to sell Edmund's tract Rutter Dam.
