He sold land in 1683 in Whitelaw tract A13, between Craddockville & Belle Haven, Accomack Co., VA. It was in this year that William Fawsett, now of Somerset Co, sold this tract to Andrew Steward. Nine years later, Capt. William Fassett Sr. sold land in 1692 in Whitelaw tract A12, between Craddockville & Pungoteague, Accomack Co., VA. It was in this year that Charles and a William Fawsett, both of Somerset Co, sold the 245 acres to Daniel Darby

William Fassitt, Merchant, wrote his will on Jan 22 1734/5 and it was proven on May 30 1735 at Worcester Co, MD (Somerset then).
-To son William Executor with his mother Mary Fassitt, plantation whereon I now live, Carmel, land in Baltimore Town, Fishing Harbour and Green Swamp.
-To son John, land Fishing Harbour & Green Swamp (borders Nathaniel Cropper land and my daughter Rhoda Bowen and Mary Fassitt, alias Whittingham). If John dies in his minority, then this to son Rouse Fassitt.
-To sons William and John all lands between the ditch and the sea and at the head of the sound by the name of Fishing Harbor
-To eldest daughter Rodah Fassitt alias Bowen land on which she now lives during her life, then to son Lambert Fassitt (border Avery Morgan and William Duces?).
-To daughter Katherine Fassitt, alias Rownd tract Goson (Goshen) where Avery Morgan now liveth for her natural life then to son Rouse Fassitt.
-To three daughters, Rhoda, Katrinah Rown and Elizabeth all land between where Avery Morgan liveth and Mr. Whalies, mentions this as land at Manokin given to deceased wife by William Foxen, the mother of these three daughters.
-To daughter Mary Fassitt, alias Whittington, land where John Gray did live for her life then to her son Littleton Whittington
