Mary Fassitt wrote her will on Jun 30 1743 and it was proven in Worcester Co, MD on May 23 1744. She was shown as Mary Fassitt of All Hallows Parish, widow and relict of William Fassitt, deceased.
-To my son William Harrison, mulatto boy named Sam,
-To son John Fassitt, negro woman Sue
-To daughter Rachell Racklife, negro woman Doll, for her life then to her eldest surviving daughter
-To daughter Comfort Stevenson, negro man Berry during her life then Comfort's daughter Mary Stevenson
-To daughters Mary Whittington, Rachell Stevenson, Sarah Miller, Comfort Stevenson, all my wearing apparel, if one dies, then their share to next eldest survivor.
-To son Rowse Fassit, son Lambard Fassitt, daughters Mary Whittington and Sarah Miller, portions out of my estate to have them share equally in the negroes and mulattos bequeathed already.
-To son William Fassitt, negro Dinah to be excluded from above
- Rest of estate to be divided equally among William Harrison, John Fassitt, Rowse Fassitt, Lambert Fassitt, Mary Whittington, Rachel Rackliffe, Sarah MIller, Comfort Stevenson
-Son William Harrison shall not lay claim to any of my deceased husband William Fassitt's estate or, if he does, he to not have claim to any of this estate.
-Sole executor to be son Rowse Fassitt.

Mary next married Capt. William Fassitt, son of John Fassitt and Rhoda Lambertson, about 1698. (Capt. William Fassitt was born about 1664 in Accomack Co., VA and died 22 Jan 1735-30 May 1735 in Somerset Co., MD.)
