To son Thomas Fassitt (if he returns home) - dwelling plantation being part of GOSHEN AND MAYFIELDS lying in Senepuxon Neck.
To son Rouse Fassitt - the above if Thomas does not return home. Also part of GOSHEN being on Assateague Creek by the place where Avery Morgan did live, my large Bible at his mother=s death, Negro called Isaac, Negro James, large desk.
To daughter Esther Fassitt - 300 ac being part of ADDITION TO WHEALLERS ADVENTURE to be laid out next to John Hudson's land. Also Negro man Quamaney, Negro girl Comfort, oldest black walnut table.
To daughter Elizabeth Fassitt - tract near Isaack Richard=s and called Golden Valley, Negro girl Sue, girl Nelly, maple oval table.
To daughter Sarah Fassitt - tract on the head on the sound in Rumbly Marsh adjoining the ditch by Fenexes Island and 100 ac on the head of Senepuxon Neck being part of ADDITION TO WHEALLERS ADVENTURE. Also Negro girl Hannah, Negro girl Sabria, 5 pounds for schooling, largest black walnut table.
To brother John Fassitt's four sons William, John, James, and Eliga - above lands if all my children die without issue
To Elizabeth Tingell, Sarah Coller, Mary Fassitt - personal estate if children die without issue.

Rouse married Esther Robins, daughter of Thomas Robins and Elizabeth Bowdoin (Bowden), about 1738 in Somerset Co., MD. (Esther Robins was born about 1720 in Accomack Co., VA and died before 20 Aug 1787 in Worcester Co., MD.)
