Mary Malone wrote her will on Aug 11 1785 and it was probated in Somerset Co., MD on Mar 1 1788 as follows:
-To son Peter, bed and furniture, cow/calf, sow and pigs
-To son William, all the remaining part of my estate, also he to be executor.
Witnesses: James Bennett, Jones Bounds (SoW-EB1:295)

Mary married Robert Malone I, son of George Malone and Unknown, on 01 Sep 1728 in Somerset Co., MD.¹ (Robert Malone I was born about 1700 in Prince George Co., VA? and died before 15 Mar 1768 in Somerset Co., MD.)
