Ebenezer Waller -son; to have 300 acres of land being part of a tract of land called "Croulete" lying in Somerset County and being land on where Ebenezer lately lived beginning at the 1st bounder of the said tract and thence. . . to a Spanish oak which was marked as a division between Ebenezer and the testator's grandson Esme Marshall Waller and thence. . . as far as the extent of the land 2. Esme Marshall Waller -grandson; to have all the remainder of the said tract of land called "Croulete", to have all that tract of land called "Williams's Green" and all that tract of land called "White's Glade" lying by the side of the last mentioned tract, to have Negro boy "Jack" 3. Benjamin Waller -grandson; to have 3 tracts of land with the mill which the testator's son Richard had in his possession lying in Somerset County near Elijah Venson's 4. Richard Waller -grandson; to have all the 2 tracts of land lying in Somerset County near Capt. Winder's-one of which was called "Snow Hill" and the other "Last Choice" 5. William Waller --grandson (son of Richard); to have Negro man "Ephraim" 6. Thomas Waller -son; to have all that tract of land lying in Sussex County on which Thomas now lives, to have Negro man "Isaac", to have the testator's largest still with the worm 7. George Waller -son; to have all that part of a tract of land called "Parish" which lies on the south side of Blackwater Branch and on which he now lives, to have Negro man "Peter" 8. Jonathan Waller -son; to have all the remaining part of the tract of land called "Parish" and all the land called "Stepney" and all the testator's right, title and claim of the lands called "Wickland" with the testator's re-survey on "Stepney", to have Negro man "Ezekial"--to have after the death of the testator's wife, named executor of the will along with testator's son Ebenezer 9. Nancy Cooper -daughter; to have Negro man "Sip" 10. Mary Green -granddaughter; to have Negro woman "Jude" and Negro boy "Cain" 11. Rachel Lowe -daughter; to have Negro woman "Milly" 12. Isabell Waller -wife; to have Negro man "Ezekial" during her natural life and Negro girl "Grace" during her widowhood and at her death "Grace" to be sold and the money to be delivered to testator's son Ebenezer, to have Negro girl "Tamar" during her widowhood and at her death Negro girl to testator's daughter Rachel Lowe, to have the testator's manor plantation or the land whereon the testator now dwells for her natural life and also 1 feather bed and furn. And also to have those articles which she brought with her at their marriage Witnesses: Thomas Goslee, William Lowe, William Ralph Then came: William Ralph and William Lowe Note: the testator signed the will in his own hand
