Witnesses: Margaret Grier, Thomas Parramore, Joshua Parramore. Note: in fact, Waller had gifted all components of STEPNEY and the adjoining PARISH to his sons Richard Waller and John Waller variously between 1755 and 1763. The bequest here retained some part of the former to his wife for life, with inference it embraced the dwelling plantation.
