On Jun 20 1720 Hannah White as widow and executrix of Wrixam White of Lewes Town, Sussex Co., sold land in Somerset Co., MD called "Happy Entrance" to Jacob Kollock of Lewes, merchant, for £50 (SoLR-IK:064) For this same tract we find in the Somerset Petitions (page 13), for Nov 17 1725, a caveat by Hannah Wiltbank, widow of Wrixam White, on behalf of her minor sons, Ambrose and Jacob White, the eldest age 15 (petitioner now of Lewes Town, Delaware) on surplus acreage surveyed in it and tracts "Isle of Wight," "Windsors Forest" and "Whites Addition") for John Holland and Richard Holland. These tracts in modern day are down on the north side of the St. Martins River in Worcester Co., MD. Hannah married (?) Broddy. Hannah next married Rev. Wrixham White about 1709 in Sussex Co., DE. (Rev. Wrixham White died 24 Dec 1719-02 Feb 1720 in Sussex Co., DE.) Hannah next married Cornelius Wiltbank, son of Helmanus Frederick Wiltbank and Jonakin (Jane) Hill?, in 1720 in Sussex Co., DE. (Cornelius Wiltbank was born about 1660 1 and died 10 Mar 1724-01 Apr 1724 in Sussex Co., DE.) |
