B:515 Jacob White of Lewes Town 11 December 1769 To wife Mary - 100 pounds. That in case my wife shall, at the reasonable request of my grandson or his father Wrixam White release all her right title and interest in the those lands and plantation herein given to him, I give to my wife the house clock. If she refuses, then clock to my three daughters To eldest son Wrixam White - all that tract of land and plantation which came by his mother situated in Lewis and Rehoboth Hundred and being the same that whereon I formerly lived. Also Negro boy named Meshack and the sum of 40 pounds To son Philip White - if; at the reasonable request of his brother, Wrixam, Philip releases at his right and title to the aforesaid plantation; then to Philip all my right and title to all those lands situated in St. Martins Neck in Worcester County Maryland. One tract called Fishing Harbour containing 400 acres and another tract in the same neck called Endeavour containing 200 acres and another tract in the same neck called Ararat containing 250 acres. If Philip refuses, then the land in Maryland to Wrixam. Also one silver pint cup marked with the two first letters of his name and the sum of 40 pounds To grandson Jacob White (son of Wrixam) - land and plantation that I bought of Warrington Woolf situated on the north side of the road that leads from the south corner of Warrington's plantation to the plantation of John Craig, deceased. That my son shall have the use of the plantation until my grandson is of age To son Isaac White - the plantation being part of the tract I purchased of "William Burton commonly called Sawmill Burton". This situated on the south side of the road that leads from the south corner of Warrington's plantation to the plantation of John Craig and also a parcel of wood land purchased from Jacob Walker situated on the south side of land I bought of William Atkins To son Isaac White - the plantation and marsh where I now live being the same where John Neill (deceased) formerly lived. Also the sum of 40 pounds To son Robert White - all that tract that I bought of William Atkins. Also 30 acres of wood land on the south side of Cool Spring Road which I purchased of Jacob Walker and called White Swamp . Also that land bought of Warrington Woolf situated on the south side of Cool Spring Branch. Also 25 acres of wood land bought of George Walker situated on the southeast side of Cool Spring Branch. Also the sum of 40 pounds To daughter Sarah Lamb (wife of A__ Lamb) - the house and lot purchased of Elizabeth Hall, James Thompson, Josiah Martin, Peter Marsh and wife. This situated in Lewes Town. This for her life time and then to her eldest child. Also the interest on 83 pounds after wife's death. (This to be paid to wife during her widowhood) To sons Wrixam, Isaac and Robert - still for the use of them all To daughter Mary Allen (wife of William Allen) - the interest on 83 pounds after wife's death. (This to be paid to wife during her widowhood) To daughter Hester White - Negro man named Jim and girl Cooba and the interest on 83 pounds after wife's death. (This to be paid to wife during her widowhood) To sons Isaac and Robert and grandson Jacob - an island of marsh in Lewes Crek that I purchased of Peter Clowes. Also a small parcel of marsh bought of William Prettyman containing 30 acres and situated between the Hawk's Nest Island and the Peter Parker's Point and on the southeast side of Cool Spring Creek and on the northwest side of the land that my son Wrixam now lives on To daughters Sarah, Mary and Hester - rest and residue of worldly goods Executor: sons Robert and Isaac Witness: John Rodney, Samuel Paynter, John Neill 31 March 1774 Then came John Rodney and Samuel Paynter
