Jacob Kollock, merchant of the Town of Lewes wrote his will on Dec 30 1720 and it was probated in Sussex Co. on Mar 14 1720/1 with the following provisions:
- To loving wife Mary, my negro woman Ruth
- To son Jacob, 39 foot of ground with the house he now lives in fronting the street southward to the lots of Roger Train
- To daughter Hester 39 foot of ground adjoining her brother Jacob
- To daughter Jane Kollock also Irons a lot adjoining her sister Hester and to her heirs disannulling her husband William Irons
- To daughter Hannah, a lot adjoining her sister Jane and the house she now dwells in
- To daughter Magdelene, lot of land adjoining her sister Hannah
- To son Simon, a lot adjoining his sister Magdalene fronting the street
- Make a street 30' in breath between my sons Simon and Jacob
- Land between this street, the street Simon lives on, the front street as far as high water and southward to Roger Train's lot to be divided into 6 equal shares for the six children above with Simon to get first choice
- To son Cornelius, the houses and lot, ____ ____, the best feather bed, and all the house stuff plate?
