She married William W. Rogers Sr. on 23 February 1813 at Accomack Co, VA. Edward Phillips was the security on the M.L.B. of William Rodgers and Elizabeth Kellam, widow of Custis.
Elizabeth Smith sold land on 22 February 1816 at Accomack Co, VA. Elizabeth Smith, widow of Solomon Smith dec'd and Lovea Savage, a daughter of Solomon Smith dec'd, sold Henry Custis 2 acres in St. George Parish bounded by John Teackle's heirs, Henry Custis (which he bought from Geo. Scarburgh), which went to Solomon's two daughers Lovea Smith & Elizabeth Kellam, former husband Custis Kellam, now wife of Wililam Rodgers, subject to dower rights. Elizabeth Kellam had already sold her half to Geo. Scarburgh & he to Henry Custis.
She was named in her husband's estate settlement on 26 February 1816 at Accomack Co, VA. She was shown only as the wife of William W. Rodgers in the estate settlement of Custis Kellam Sr.
