Solomon made a will on 18 December 1804 at Accomack Co, VA. To wife Betty during her life or widowhood ½ of all my estate & at her death to my daughters Elizabeth & Lova. The other ½ to my daughters. Wife Betty & John S. Ker Extrs. Witt: William Seymour, Custis Kellam & Elijah Boggs. He died before 27 October 1807 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was proved. Betty Smith the named Extr. relinquished to John Finney who became the Admr. with George Scarburgh & Thomas M. Bayly securities His estate was settled on 28 March 1814 at Accomack Co, VA. Oct 1807 (Order to Invy), 1 Feb 1814 (Order to Audit), 28 Mar 1814 (Rec'd) - John Finney Admr.
