He made a will on 4 November 1823 at Northampton Co, VA. I leave my land (joining the land of Richard Johnson, the Meeting House etc.) to be sold. To my daughter Barbara White. I give to my son Teackle S. White my land laying on Nassawadox Creek subjecting the said land to pay to my son George D. White the sum of sixty dollars for the space of five years. I give my land laying down the neck joining the land of David Ross & others to my daughter Nancy Ross. I give to my daughter Barbara White the whole of the balance of my estate. I constitute and appoint my son Teagle S. White & Saml S. Stott executors. Signed, Teagle White. Witnesses: S. S. Stott, Wm W. Cutler and Arthur Robins Senior. Teagle White directed that his land be sold, and 3 years later it was bought by Arthur R. Savage. Teackle died before 14 June 1824 at Northampton Co, VA.
