Joseph Gilliss --son; all lands purchased from Peter Surman and on which daughter-in-law Sarah Gilliss, widow of testator's deceased son Levin Gilliss, now lives cont. parts of tracts, "Canterbury" " "Cramburn" (?) and "Horsey's Chance" cont. 200 ac on condition that Joseph allow Sarah to live peaceably on the tracts during her widowhood and in return, Sarah is to pay Joseph 20 shillings yearly
