William Handy --son, mahogany desk & book case, 2 mahogany tables, 2 large looking glasses, half dozen Walnut leather-bottomed chairs, 1 dozen pictures "which hangs in the hall" where he has purchased some articles for the family, he is charged with the same and that sums that are due testatrix be given to William to have the crop that is now in the ground, named executor of the will --and should testatrix given more than her estate is worth then the legacies given be refunded as to their value and proportionately be given out.
Nancy Wailes --daughter, debt due the testatrix from "my son-in-law" Benjamin Wailes, including the principal carriage horse, bed and furniture, and one-third of the money due on a certificate from the state of Maryland, silver box
Nelly Handy --daughter, one-third of the money due from a certificate from the state of Maryland, Negro woman "Pegg" and her son "Isaac", bed and furniture, and half dozen silver table spoons
Elizabeth Handy --daughter, remaining third of the certificate due from the state of Maryland, Negro man "Ned", bed and furniture, silver soup spoon, half dozen silver tea spoons, one pair of silver sugar tongs -residue of the estate to be divided between three daughters, Nelly, Elizabeth, and Nancy
