Washburn and Sally his wife sold land to James Simms for $107, that part of "Little Eden" Washburn had purchased from Thomas W.H. and Sally E. White (SoLR-LW6:123)
On Nov 4 1862, William F. Washburn purchased land for $500 from Albert B./Elizabeth H. Slemons, 75a part of tract "Little Eden" or better known as Rum Bridge Swamp, devised to Albert Slemons by his father John B. Slemons, dec'd. (SoLR-LW7:489) On Jun 9 1866, William F./Henrietta Washbourn sold land to John Parsons "colored" for $10, 1a of land lying on county road from Rum Bridge to the Upper Ferry and adjoining Samuel Black, part of the land Washburn purchased from John B. Slemons heirs (SoLR-LW9:672).
