In 1810, Rueben Wasburn is listed in Wicomico Hundred, Somerset Co., MD with household as 01001-00010. In 1820, a Reuben is in ED2, Somerset Co. as 300010-10010. No 1830 Somerset is extant. In 1840 as James Washburn in Middle District, Somerset Co. at 1011001100000-01100010000000. Then we see James Washburn, age 70 in Trappe, Somerset Co. in 1850. It is probable that this set of households are two people (since the age of the head in 1810 is >45), a Reuben Sr. and Reuben James Washburn Jr.
