On Aug 5 1812 Peter Stuart received a deed a lot of ground in the village of Concord, DE from Thomas Laws. This lot was one that Michael Stuart had paid for to Laws but had died before a deed was conveyed. Michael Stuart's will devised the lot of ground in his will to his "brother" Peter Stuart and the land transaction recorded on Aug 5 1812. On Apr 21 1815, Peter Stuart and "Mahaly" his wife sold this lot, land described as what he received via last will and testament of Michael Stuart, to John Spicer. ![]() Peter married Mahala (?) before 21 Apr 1815 in Sussex Co., DE. (Mahala (?) was born in 1790 in Sussex Co., DE 3 4 5 6 and died in 1861-1869 in New Castle Co., DE.)
