Peter Stuart
On Aug 5 1812 Peter Stuart received a deed a lot of ground in the village of Concord, DE from Thomas Laws. This lot was one that Michael Stuart had paid for to Laws but had died before a deed was conveyed. Michael Stuart's will devised the lot of ground in his will to his "brother" Peter Stuart and the land transaction recorded on Aug 5 1812. On Apr 21 1815, Peter Stuart and "Mahaly" his wife sold this lot, land described as what he received via last will and testament of Michael Stuart, to John Spicer. Peter married Mahala (?) before 21 Apr 1815 in Sussex Co., DE. (Mahala (?) was born in 1790 in Sussex Co., DE 3 4 5 6 and died in 1861-1869 in New Castle Co., DE.)
