In Feb 15 1840, John and Mahala Stuart, widow of Peter Stuart deceased, of the village of Concord, Sussex Co. sold for $10 to Thomas Adams, three lots in Concord, Lots 151, 152, 153, adjoining Lot 150 now in the possession of John and Mahala Stuart. (SxLR) Mahala married Peter Stuart, son of Levin* Stuart and Hester (?), before 21 Apr 1815 in Sussex Co., DE. (Peter Stuart was born about 1782 in Sussex Co., DE 5 6 and died about 1839 in Sussex Co., DE.)
