bullet  Notes:

Nicholas Reddish had surveyed for him two tracts of land: "Reddishes Lot" on May 17 1760 and "Addition to Reddishes Lot" on Apr 3 1769, both in Somerset Co., MD (modern Wicomico Co.). The fact that Nicholas Reddish mentions the children of his "last wife Nance Reddish" might mean that he had a wife previous to her and the earlier born children were of that union. Unknown.

On May 17 1760, Nicholas Reddish had 50a of land called "Reddishes Lot" surveyed for him in Somerset County. (SoCert:1994). He still held the land at the Tax Assessment of 1783.

In the November Court of 1760, Nicholas Reddish gave security for Elizabeth Parr who begat a bastard child with Jacob Crouch. (SoJ-1760/63:055-56)

On Apr 3 1769, Nicholas Reddish had 29.25a of land called "Addition to Reddishes Lot" surveyed for him in Somerset County. (SoCert:162). He still held the land at the Tax Assessment of 1783.
