Nov 8 1721 accounts of Robert Crouch (next of kin Jacob Crouch and Richard Phillips, heirs not named but maybe brother and brother-in-law - MdInv-7:318); per SoLR-X:258 Robert Crouch died leaving two sons, Robert Crouch and John Crouch, of whom Robert was elder and became heir and law, then died without issue, thence land came to his brother John [by SoLR-MF:141, the younger Robert was living in 1740; no probate found, but tax lists suggest he died 1743/44]
Robert married Elizabeth Phillips, daughter of Roger Phillips and Dorothy Clark, about 1699 in Somerset Co., MD. (Elizabeth Phillips was born on 01 Jun 1679 in Somerset Co., MD and died about 1717 in Somerset Co., MD.)
