She is still living in 1880 as as Sophia Hudson, age 55 (fudged on her age!), in Ocean City, Worcester Co., MD as mother-in-law of William H. Purnell (who had married her daughter Sarah Hudson c1872).
Sophia married John Hudson, son of John Hudson and Kezzier Powell, on 07 Feb 1837 in Worcester Co., MD.1 (John Hudson was born in 1811 in Worcester Co., MD 6 7 and died in 1861-1869 in Worcester Co., MD.)
