Be it remembered that on the twentieth first day of Sep 1794 that Ann Riley departed this life and Sophia Watts, being present at the same, states that she devised:
To daughter Elizabeth -40 pounds on a bond due from John Ratcliff, one desk, and a mare that was at son Thomas Riley's and a Negro fellow Lawrence
To son Littleton - thirty pounds out of same bond on John Ratcliff
To son Isaac Riley - thirty pounds out of same bond on John Ratcliff
To son James Riley - bond on Levi Mills for 100 pounds

Sophia married William Watts, son of William Watts and Comfort Scarborough. (William Watts was born about 1737 in Accomack Co., VA and died in 1801-1809 in Worcester Co., MD.)
