Elizabeth Ellen Sudler
Elizabeth Ellen Sudler, know as Lizzie was an artist. I have on of her paintings of a basket of lilacs. She was crushed and not well after her husband's death in 1897. In 1900 she married David A. Himadi in Brroklyn where her father's cousin Dr. Elizabeth Cameron lived. When she died in New York City in 1905 she was firts buried in the Cameron plot in Greenwood Cemetery, but later moved the Longbranch, NJ, near the graves of her mother and siblings. (Tim Beard writings) Elizabeth married Henry Clay Turner Sr. on 27 Mar 1883.1 (Henry Clay Turner Sr. was born on 07 Jul 1848 in New Castle Co., DE, died on 02 Dec 1897 in New Castle Co., DE and was buried about 05 Dec 1897 in Riverview Cemetery, Wilmington, New Castle Co., DE.) 1 Correspondence from Timothy Field Beard, P.O. Box 269, Roxbury, CT 06783-0269, dated Jul 2 2001. This included coppies of the Bible records of the Frank E. Smith and James S. Sudler families. Also included were excerpts of "Pedigrees of Some of the Emperor Charlemagne's Descendants, Vol. III by Timothy F. Beard and J. Orton Buck, 1978.
