Elizabeth Ellen Sudler

Elizabeth Ellen Sudler, know as Lizzie was an artist. I have on of her paintings of a basket of lilacs. She was crushed and not well after her husband's death in 1897. In 1900 she married David A. Himadi in Brroklyn where her father's cousin Dr. Elizabeth Cameron lived. When she died in New York City in 1905 she was firts buried in the Cameron plot in Greenwood Cemetery, but later moved the Longbranch, NJ, near the graves of her mother and siblings. Elizabeth Sudler-Smith is actually the daughter of Dr. James Selby Sudler and Sarah 'Sally' Ann HITCH. James died in 1863 and likely Elizabeth took the last name Smith of her step father Frank E. Smith. She married Henry Clay Turner, March 1883, Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware
