Sheffield, Jan. 7--Mrs. Natalie Turner Beard, 66, of Main St., died today at Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington after a short illness She was the widow of Stuart M. Beard, 2d, and together they operated the Sheffield Inn for many years. He died in September, 1955.
Mrs. Beard was born Dec. 20, 1888, in Wilmington, Del., the daughter of Henry C. and Elizabeth (Sudler) Turner. She is survived by three sons, Henry S. Beard of Westfield, Timothy F. Beard of Sheffield and Stuart M. Beard of Clearwater, Fla., and two grandsons.
Funeral will be Wednesday afternoon at 3 at Christ Episcopal Church, with Rev. W. Boardman Wright, rector, officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Candaugua, N. Y.
In lieu of flowers the family requests friends to make memorial contributions to the Great Barrington Visiting Nurse Association.
