To have 3 cows and calves, 1 set of blacksmith's tools, 1 large walnut desk, 1 small maple desk, 1 mahogany table, 1 small maple tables, 1 woolen wheel, 2 spinning wheels, 2 pine chests, 1 gum chest, 1 small tea chest, 1 small trunk, 2 dozen Blue-edged Queen's China plates, 2 dozen of the same kind shallow and 2 dozen of the same kind of ware deep plates, 1 set of Queen's China black and white, 1 set of green and red, 1 coffee pot of the same kind, of ware, 3 cream pots of the same kind of ware, 1 case with 12 bottles, 2 iron pots, 1 Dutch oven, 1 skillet, 1 large iron kettle, 1 iron tea kettle, 2 large tumblers with covers, 2 sugar dishes, 2 glass salt sellers with feet, and 1 without fee, 1 bell metal spice mortar and pestle, 4 flat irons and 1 box iron and heaters along with all the testatrix's wearing apparel. To have all the remainder of the estate 2. Sarah Cathell Hitch --daughter of Curtis Hitch and Hetty, his wife; to have 1 bed and furn. marked Sarah Cathell Hitch 3. Betsy Nichols, Esther Cathell; should Sarah Balding Magee die w/out heirs, then the property to be divided among them and Sarah Cathell Hitch equally share and share alike 4.
