In 1795, she is not assessed anymore - this may indicate when she married Levin Handy. Total assessment was £25, £25, £0, £0 for the years 1793, 1794, 1795, 1796, respectively. Nelly married Major Levin Handy in 1794-1795 in Somerset Co., MD. (Major Levin Handy was born on 30 Nov 1764 in Somerset Co., MD 1 and died before 16 Aug 1804 in Worcester Co., MD 1.)
