Nanticoke Wicomico land extended into Sussex (Little Creek)
To son James Taylor: land to be laid out according to a bond he has, land called ROUND POND, which was the parent of the Taylor resurvey then known as 117 ac of TAYLORS ADDITION, Negro wench Dinah; hackle, cupboard.
To son Abraham Taylor: land out of ROUND POND where he now dwells, 117 ac of TAYLORS ADDITION, Negro man Peter; desk, pair of stillards; all wearing apparel to be divided with James.
Remainder of estate to be divided among all the children.
To son Isaac Taylor: remaining part of ROUND POND, which by county land records should have been 192 ac of TAYLORS ADDITION, Negro man Isaac; hand mill to be shared with Abraham.
To wife Sarah Taylor: her riding horse, bridle, and saddle over and above her thirds of the estate; use of Negroes for her life.
To grandson William Taylor: Negro boy Philip; if William dies with no heirs, then to children of son James.
To granddaughter Phyllis Taylor: livestock.
To daughters Ann Moore, Betty Wailes, Mary Hitch: brass kettle.
To grandsons Thomas Moore and William Wailes and granddaughter Betty Hitch: Negro girls Venus and Silva.
To Negro Bess: choice of which of children she wishes to belong to.
