On Mar 10 1767, Stanton Adkins had the 447a tract DEER HARBOUR surveyed that had of 12 ac cultivated land and 1948 old fence rails ( of HOG QUARTER)

On Aug 24 1770, Stanton Adkins sold 100a of DEER HARBOUR to his father- and mother-in-law Joseph Holloway and Priscilla Holloway, for life ["chiefly woodland, south of plantation where I now live"] (WoLR-H:579)
