Charles Hayman, brother of Revell Hayman, received a land warrant on Sep 30 1784 and he had a tract called "Timber Range" for 169.25a surveyed for him on Jun 16 1785. This went unpatented because Charles died intestate. The children of Charles viz, Isaiah, Randall, Esther and Betty Hayman filed for patent which they were granted on Oct 31 1800. The tract borders tract "Hopewell" (Wo Cert:2511).
