Warren Banks

Warren Banks will was written on Oct 5 1798 and proven in Somerset Co., MD on Jan 17 1799 with the provisions:
- to daughter Polly Banks, 100a land on SE end of "Roberts Security"
- to son Gabriel Banks, remaining part of said tract together with the house where I now live and all improvements excepting 2a for the use of a mill.
- remaining equally divided between my two children Polly and Gabriel Banks
- Samuel Hilman to be executor
Witnesses: Mitchell Jakson, Wm. Hilman, Tomay Banks
