Richard Garrett took 4 of his sister's (Bashaw) children: Giles, Andrew, Thomas and Sarah. It is not certain if the children went to live with him before her death (widow & possibly ill) or after her death. Youngest son went to his paternal uncle.
Sarah married William Bashaw, son of Giles Bashaw and Jane THORLEY. (William Bashaw was born about 1650 in Kent Island, MD and died on 18 Dec 1696-18 Mar 1697 in Northumberland Co., VA.)
