To Jesse Cannon (son of my brother Jesse) - Negro boy named Peter
To Mathew Cannon (son of my brother Jesse) - Negro girl named Lott and half of all my land. That is to say the lands that I inherited from my brother Jesse and my part of the tract called Three Brothers as well as the land devised me by my father to be laid off for him on the east side of the house where I live. Also the free use of half of the orchard for a term of ten years
To Levin Cannon (son of brother Jesse) - remaining half of the land as above mentioned in the devise to Mathew. The land to be the division line and includes my dwelling house and the part of the plantation on the west side of the lane. Also Negro man Lazarus
To Milley (daughter of brother Jesse) - Negro woman Leah
To the four children of my brother Jesse - remainder of estate
To the children of my brother Levin - all my right title and claim to the lands which their father died possessed of
