Another contiguous tract, LUCK BY CHANCE, was surveyed for him for 99a on Sep 28 1743 and indicates it is 48p above the main road by Cannon's dwelling.
He next resurveyed GOSHEN (orig 60a surveyed for James Cannon on Oct 8 1718) for 418a on Sep 25 1744 and not patented till Aug 10 1753.This tract is due north of the others, alond the road from Federalsburg to Bridgeville. The warrant for this one indicates it was assigned by James Cannon to his son William.
