To son Joseph Melson Sharp - the land whereon I now live containing 100 acres, patented and known by the name of First Choice. The land on a branch having a bridge over it that leads to a tract called Elbow Room. Also 25 acres out of tract Elbow Room. Also half of the resurvey that lied between Elbow Room and First Choice
To my unborn child - the remainder of land except land bought of Isaac Gibbins if the said child lives
To daughters Elizabeth and Nancy Sharp - the land given to the unborn child if the child dies and remainder of movable estate
To daughter Lovey Sharp - the land I bought of __ Gibbins being 100 acres known by the name of Clear
To wife Polly Sharp - third of all my lands aforementioned and third of movable
