B:556 James Truitt of Worcester County Maryland 17 October 1770 To son Peter Truitt - my manor plantation called Late At Night containing 100 acres and 70 acres on the north end of a tract called Truitt's Adventure. Also my gun, great kettle and half of wearing apparel To grandson James Truitt (son of Ryly Truitt deceased) - the plantation where his mother now lives. Also a small tract of Pennsylvania survey adjoining. That as mother, as her right of dower, should occupy this for her lifetime. Also a large iron pot and the hand mill that Maja Truitt now has in his possession To grandson Ryly Truitt (son of Ryly Truitt deceased) - 80 acres of land on the south end of Truitt's Adventure.
