-To nephew Dr. Ware Cheney, all my lands, if Cheney dies, then to go to his children equally, if he has no children then to my nephew Francis Tubman Cheney.
-To George Day Scott Handy, use of 100 pounds money of Mayland to be raised by Ware Cheney, and received by my friend and nephew Isaac Henry, to be applied to his schooling and education
-To friend and nephew Isaac Henry, my little case and my big case and bottles of various sizes
-To nephew Francis Tubman Cheney and Ware Cheney, all my personal estate, they also to be executors
-To Isaac Henry, 4 yards of fine black broad cloth
-Sister Mary Cheney be genteelly maintain by my nephews afsd out of my estate
-Niece Esther Cheney, wife of Ware Cheney to enjoy the estate for her life
Witnesses: ___ Evans of Nich., Hugh Gammill, Thomas Handy Gillis. Then came Ware Cheney.
