Thomas Acworth, Sr. MdW-30:721SoW-EB4:069 03 May 1759 20 Jun 1759 To son James Acworth: my manor plantation, part of HOG QUARTER:, part of ACWORTHS DELIGHT, Also, livestock and looking glass. To son Richard Acworth: plantation he now lives on, also part of HOG QUARTER and ACWORTHS DELIGHT, the latter to be divided half way between the manor plantation down the neck as far as the land runs. Also, livestock, bed and furniture, and newest desk. To son William Acworth: upper plantation beginning at a marked tree on Gastineau's line then running down the neck as far as the road that leads to Rewastico To sons Charles Acworth and Train Acworth: to have any of the above named lands should any of the other brothers die without heirs; also land at the marsh side, ADDITION To five sons: land to be used as common pasturage for them and their heirs, 100 ac MARSH POINT, 50 ac RIDGES: To Temperance Acworth: Negro girl Ubisil To Eunice Givans: first child of Ubisil, to be delivered when the child reaches one year.
