Charles Acworth --nephew (son of James), Charles Acworth --nephew (son of Charles); to have lands and personal estate should all children die without heirs
Priscilla Acworth --wife; right to clear and cultivate 30 ac of tract called "Luck by Chance" until son Train comes of age, all that is due the testator from Beauchamp Hull's estate to be applied towards debts with remainder to be divided between widow and children, named executrix of the will
