Anne Stevens --daughter, Milcah Stevens --daughter; tract or part of land now in the possession of William Done and formerly the property of Joseph Piper (son of John)--when the tract is recovered it is to be divided equally between them, and in case either should die without heirs, then the half falls to the survivor, remainder of estate to be divided between them
William Augustus Dashiell Stevens --son (youngest); to have the above named tract should both daughters die without issue
Arthur Dashiell Stevens --son, John Stevens --son; should both daughters die without heirs then remainder of estate to be divided between the two and William Augustus Dashiell Stevens
Henrietta Dashiell --friend and relation; to have the care of eldest daughter Anne
