To son Arthur Dashiell: 25 ac out of land purchased from George Hobbs on the condition that he makes over to Mathias or his guardian the timberland,

Also, Negro Paul; to turn over land to Mathias in a timely fashion; if he refuses, to lose his share of the personal estate.
To son William Dashiell: Negro boy Joshua; land left to Mathias, if he dies without issue.
To daughters Jane Dashiell and Milcah Dashiell: remainder of personal estate, to be divided with Mathias, Arthur, and William; wearing apparel to be divided between the two; riding chair and horse; best riding saddle, slip and cloak.
Executor: James Robertson; also to act as overseer to sons' estates.
