Thomas made a will on 1 November 1736 at Accomack Co, VA. To the first male heir of my son Henry Fletcher the plantation where I now live, containing 300 acres & for want of such heirs to the first female heir. Henry to enjoy same during his life, & should he die without heirs I give the said land & plantation to William Fletcher, son of William Fletcher, wife to have 1/3 of same during her widow Bal. of estate to be divided in 3 parts by my friends Ralph & Robert Corbin, wife to have 1/3 & son Henry 2/3 - Son Henry Exr.
