To son James Fassitt - William's land and creatures if William dies without issue. Also Thomas' if Thomas dies without issue. Also Negroes Isaac and Sue
To son Thomas Fassitt - William's land and creatures if both William and James die without issue. Also John's part if John dies without issue.
