To son James Phillips: Negro boy Sambo. Two-thirds of moveable estate at remarriage or decease of widow, and when he arrives at the age of 21. To be bound out to a trade as his mother sees fit or apprenticed to the sea.
Remainder of personal estate to be divided between John and James.
