Her Wilmington, DE death certificate states she died of consumption on Oct 1 1890, at age 71, her residence was 706 Brown Street (her daughter Mahala Annie Shiles residence) and she was interred at "RVC" (Riverview Cemetery). Her tombstone states she was wife of Captain J.M. Stuart. Mary married Captain John M. Stuart, son of Peter Stuart and Mahala (?), on 31 Aug 1840 in Sussex Co., DE.1 (Captain John M. Stuart was born in 1817 in Sussex Co., DE 7 and died about 1854 in Sussex Co., DE.) |
