Parsons to sell real estate of George W. Parsons. Land was sold to Hitch for $52, it being Lot No. 20 of the real estate of George W. Parsons in Salisbury on the north side of Fourth Street and bordering Trader's Branch and Pearl Street. (Wicomico Co. Land Records, Liber JTT9, Folio 490), On the same day, George R. and Mary J. Hitch received another deed for land from E. Stanley Toadvine and Milton A. Parsons, trustees in the case of Milton A. Parsons et al vs. William S. Parsons to sell real estate of George W. Parsons. Land was Lot No. 19 of the real estate of George W. Parsons in Salisbury on the north side of Fourth Street and bordering Trader's Branch and Pearl Street. (Ibid., Liber JTT9, Folio 385)
