Lucy Hitch
On March 23, 1889, Alice and Lucy Hitch bought 3 acres plus 10 acres of land from John Hitch. The land contained a house and lot at "the corner of Spring Hill Road and the road leading to the Crockett farm bordered by the Phillips land now farmed by Esther Dashiell" (This was the 3 acre plot). The 10 acre plot was land opposite bordered by Daniel Hearn and Albert Covington. At the death of Alice and Lucy, the land was to revert to John Hitch.
